FILING FEES.
Court filing fees as of this date are $ 395.00 in most California. If the fees are different we will advise you after you place your order and we know what County of California you reside in.
FILING FEE WAIVER.
After reciept of your order and your Divorce Questionnaire We will advise you if you could apply for a Filing Fee waiver. We will prepare the Filing Fee Waiver for you also if you request to have it prepared.
Jurisdiction Requirements For California Divorces. ONLY 1 of the Parties must be residing in the State of California for a period of 6 months, and in the County where they are filing for a California Divorce for a period of 3 months prior to filing.
